KamranV, a graduate of the University of Southern California’s prestigious Music Industry program, has become one of today’s most innovative music and video producers. While at Interscope Geffen A&M he established the standard for research-driven artist marketing and web video streaming then later co-founded Universal Music’s mobile division. KamranV blazed new trails for advanced technology business development incorporating mobile phones, Video-on-Demand, and high-definition audio formats such as DVD-Audio and Dual-Disc. He has served as producer of many releases, including albums from Sting, Snow Patrol, Keane, Nine Inch Nails, and Beck. KamranV currently serves on the Producers & Engineers Wing of the Recording Academy’s L.A. Chapter Committee. He is an executive strategist for multinational clients and is President and founder of Spaceland Recordings, Silverlake/Echo Parks’s own live audio and video recording label. KamranV recently co-created the College Battle of the Bands and is currently producing a concert film of Nine Inch Nails’ final live performances.
